OVERVIEW
From its inception, Signal Ten Wrestling has been built on professionalism and trust. As we continue to grow, so does the standard expected of everyone who is involved here.
The following Booking Agreement & Standards have been created to ensure consistency among all
talent, safety, and above all else, a high-quality experience for the fans that pay to see it. By accepting a booking, you are agreeing to uphold these standards and contribute to the continued growth and
reputation of the promotion.

BOOKING COMMITMENT

  1. Talent agrees to appear on the agreed date, time and location once booked.
  2. Cancellations must be reported as soon as possible.
  3. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in loss of future bookings, including future
    shows that may already be booked.
  4. Talent is expected to arrive by the designated call time for the specific show.

GUEST ADMISSION
Each talent is permitted to bring one (1) guest for complimentary admission to the event. Guest access is limited to general admission seating unless otherwise approved by Signal Ten Wrestling management. All guests must check in with front door staff and are expected to remain in designated areas. Talent is responsible for their guest’s conduct and ensuring all venue and event policies are followed.

PROFESSIONALISM

  1. Talent will conduct themselves professionally with staff, other talent and fans at all times.
  2. Disrespectful, disruptive or any unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

BACKSTAGE CONDUCT

  1. The locker room environment must remain professional and respectful.
  2. Talent is responsible for cleaning up after themselves.
  3. Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward other talent will not be tolerated.
  4. Talent is not permitted to leave backstage area after doors are open to fans unless in gimmick.
  5. All concerns or disputes shall be brought directly to management.

LANGUAGE POLICY
Signal Ten Wrestling maintains a family-friendly environment and use of any profanity is NOT
permitted during events; including in-ring, promos (live or recorded), commentary, and fan
interactions. Talent is expected to remain aware of their surroundings and understand they are
representing Signal Ten Wrestling at all times. Failure to meet this standard can result in removal
from the event and/or loss of future bookings.
For the purpose of this policy, “profanity” includes but is not limited to:
● Commonly recognized swear words and vulgar language
● Sexually suggestive or explicit language
● Crude, obscene, or offensive slang
● Derogatory or insulting language
● Any language that would be considered inappropriate for a family audience
● Final determination of what constitutes profanity will be at the discretion of Signal Ten
Wrestling management

CREATIVE

  1. Talent agrees to follow match direction and outcomes as assigned.
  2. Any concerns shall be discussed prior to the match with the final decision being made by Signal
    Ten Wrestling management.
  3. Talent agrees to perform at any position on the event card, as determined by Signal Ten Wrestling
    management, based on the needs of the event and overall show structure.
  4. Talent is required to adhere to all assigned match and segment time limits, as timing is essential
    to the structure and success of the event.
  5. Each performer is expected to manage their performance accordingly and adjust as needed to
    remain within the allotted time.
  6. Management may provide time or match adjustments during a performance, and talent are
    expected to comply immediately.
  7. All talent are required to follow any direction given by Signal Ten Wrestling management, or
    individuals designated by management, at all times during the event. These directions are final
    and are to be followed immediately. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event and
    impact future bookings.

MERCHANDISE

  1. Talent are permitted and encouraged to sell their own merchandise at events.
  2. No merchandise will be allowed that violates the Language Policy and Signal Ten Wrestling
    reserves the right to deny the sale of any merchandise deemed inappropriate.
  3. Talent is responsible for the setup of their merchandise and transactions unless prior
    arrangements with Signal Ten Wrestling management have been made.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND PROMOTION

  1. Talent may be featured in promotional materials produced by Signal Ten Wrestling.
  2. Talent are encouraged to share and promote event content to help grow the event and their own exposure.
  3. The Language Policy applies to all public content, including any video, audio, or text that features or references Signal Ten Wrestling, its logo, talent, events, or any content that could reasonably be associated with the promotion.

COMPENSATION
Talent shall be compensated as agreed upon by the Parties. Payment will be made via electronic
method, Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment shall be issued on the day of the Event, following Talent’s fulfillment of all agreed-upon
obligations, but no later than twenty-four (24) hours after the conclusion of the Event.
Talent is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete payment information. Promoter shall not be held liable for delays or failed payments resulting from incorrect or incomplete payment details provided by Talent or from technical issues outside of Promoter’s control.

MEDIA RIGHTS & USAGE
By accepting a booking with Signal Ten Wrestling, talent grants Signal Ten Wrestling full rights to capture, use, reproduce, distribute, and display any photographs, video, or audio recorded at or in connection with the event.
These materials may be used for any purpose, including but not limited to promotional content, social
media, broadcast, streaming, and merchandise, without additional compensation to the talent. This
agreement is granted in perpetuity and applies to all past, present, and future media captured in relation to Signal Ten Wrestling events.

ALCOHOL AND SUBSTANCE USE

  1. No talent will perform under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  2. No alcohol or illegal substance shall be on the property where the event is being held. Any
    violation of an illegal substance will result in immediate removal from the event and suspension
    of any future bookings.
  3. Talent agrees to comply with all venue-specific policies and regulations, including but not limited to those regarding smoking and/or tobacco use.

ENFORCEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT

  1. Signal Ten Wrestling reserves the right to:
    a. Adjust bookings
    b. Decline/cancel future bookings
    c. Withhold payment in severe violations
  2. These standards exist to protect talent, Signal Ten Wrestling, and fans.
  3. By accepting a booking, talent agrees to follow and abide by these standards.
